Adventure Board

There are some exciting new additions to the adventure board: 

Daddy, Dana and David are planning a summer expedition to the Wind River High Route: 100 miles in 10 days! 

Mommy, Emily and sailing buddy Jenny are entered in the Race to Alaska in June: 750 miles of sailing or rowing from Pt. Townsend to Ketchikan! 

And the entire Basecamp is considering a possible move out of the city: 

Drake has big plans that involve coaching a team of sheep to play soccer...this obviously can not be done in downtown Tacoma!

Tree Time

It's that time again; time to stuff everyone into the car and trek up the mountain to find the perfect tree. 

This year we got a little bit of snow, lots of sun, spent some time learning to ski and even got in a few good sled runs.

Here we are

My phone camera broke right when things got busy, but here's what we've been up to the past few weeks:

The official house warming party at the goat farm! 2 years of hard work (mostly) finished!

School started (no photos, sorry) 

And soccer started! 

Drake is the new guy on an amazing team of kids who have been playing together for years. He has a big grin on his face every second that he is on the field.
