I'm not sure if the bear was supposed to open the gate from the inside, or just go keep D company.

We were hoping to be all settled into this cute downtown Victorian a few weeks ago...

But instead we're getting a much needed lesson in patience...

In the meantime, John found us a bunch of free cardboard boxes on Craigslist.

I'm not actually sure if Ewan is trying to set Drake free from preschool or join in, but so far he has tried getting THROUGH the fence and UNDER the fence....tomorrow, OVER!

Big Week

Phew! In the last week, Drake started school, Pope came to visit, we checked out the Wooden Boat Festival, went to a party at Grandpa's house, and had Cousin Grace over for an awesome backyard brunch!

Today is Drake's first day at Big Kid School!

Trains and Boats

This weekend we took a train to get to a bus to get to a boat, and went sailing with Grandpa Martin.
