We still need to spend quite a bit of time talking about when and why Daddy was gone in Louisiana for a long time, and today Drake told Elan:
"You're happy because you came back, Daddy...You came back to Mommy's house...and Mommy makes you happy"
What a sweet little monkey!!!
In every video Drake cares very much about who's happy, when they're happy,and what made them happy. He also wants to know when the dogs are happy.

It started early. One of the first phrases he parroted here was "Happy Boy!" One day I was trying to convince him not to decapitate the dogs. I told him Ringo was a GOOD boy. And Gracie was a GOOD girl. Then to suggest he had something in common with them I said "And Drake is a GOOD boy!" Drake stared at me quite solemnly for a moment and then positively asserted "Drake HAPPY Boy!"
Accept no substitutes. The boy's got focus!
Drake is the sweetest little guy on the planet...he makes his POPO so happy and I love him "bigger then the sky!" I miss him so much.
