Snack

Mima bought a CSA share from a tiny little farm in Puyallup (the town just east of us). We went with her to pick up the first week's box of yummy veggies, and scored with a big bag of Kale* so we got to make our favorite snack: Green Food.**

Here's how it's done:

Rinse,


Dry,


Cut into chip sized pieces and splash on some olive oil, salt and pepper,


Bake: 350 for 25-30 minutes (until crispy)


EAT!







*Almost the name of son #2.
