This lot comes fully loaded with a garage full of toys for Grandpas and little boys!
Next step is designing a Dream House for Grandpa and Connie. (Assuming that it's possible for a hermit in a two room log cabin and a social butterfly from an amazing (BIG) four bedroom Craftsman to agree on the definition of Dream House.)
I see an upcoming summer spent camping under the peach trees and "helping" Grandpa build!!
In other construction news, the Molokai house looks like it's making amazing progress!
I'm dreaming of this blue sky and red dirt!
Our vacation is just around the corner (right after 3 birthdays, 2 Halloween costumes, and a visit from The Big Guy in the Red Suit).
Hopefully the "big guy in the red suit" won't be that big.

Drake has mentioned that reindeer are coming this year instead. Perhaps a lop-sided antler like the Grinch's Max instead of the red suit?
